Carbon Neutral is a destructive city-builder game. The year is 2032 and the government has rolled out a new programme to offer money to cities which are actively de-urbanising. Place buildings, demolish them and set off huge chain reactions to reap massive rewards.

Select a Tool in the bottom left with your cursor or Num Keys 1-4

Click on a tile to use the tool in that location.

Using the hammer deals damage to buildings and can cause large chain reactions. Destroying buildings is the only way to earn more money.

When a building is destroyed, your combo meter is increased which multiplies all incoming money.

Use money to purchase new research which pauses the oceans from rising.

If your habitat reaches 100% urbanisation, you Lose.
